1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Digital/Online Services: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once the portal has been accessed. However, if a technical fault on our side prevents access for more than 72 hours, a partial refund may be considered.

• On-Site Sessions: If you have booked a physical session and cannot attend, you must inform us 48 hours in advance to receive a credit for a future session.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

One-time registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please email info@arvionals.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. Our team will review and process valid requests within 7 working days.
